(MMC) is a full line John Deere dealership that provides Agricultural, Consumer, and Commercial Equipment throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. We focus on providing excellent service, support, and parts availability for the products we provide. Midwest Machinery, Co. (MMC), is adding an experienced Service Advisor to our Morris, MN location. This position involves working on a variety of equipment from chainsaws to compact tractors specializing in John Deere. Description: Assist the service manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service department\'s operation within the dealership. Provides support for store Administratively. Consistently exhibits Midwest Machinery Company\'s core values of Commitment, Passion, Progressiveness, Integrity, and Value Delivery. Responsibilities: Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department Opens work orders as directed by the Service Manager and maintains control until they are closed and invoiced Maintains the service library with current information (for example, files bulletins, manuals, multi-media, etc.) under the direct supervision of the Service Manager Maintains Service Department filing and records Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders May prepare Service Technician efficiency reports Prepares warranty and/or product improvement claims and forwards to Central Warranty Administrator Actively assists in recruiting service work Interacts in a positive and respectful manner with customers and fellow employees Assists with coordinating and scheduling all in-house technician training Performs other duties as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Other Requirements: Frequent bending and stooping Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Work is performed in an office environment Ability to work extended hours and weekends Valid driver\'s license with an insurable driving record required Must pass a pre-employment background study and credit check ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: 720 Deere Dr. New Richmond, MN 54017 E-Mail a Rsum: hr@mmcjd.com Apply Online: www.mmcjd.com.careers Call For Appointment: 3202574032
