It's an exciting time to join our team, and we're hiring for a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor. This role is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of Isometric facilities, grounds, and equipment. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision to the facilities and maintenance team
Responsible for proper equipment operation and maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
Ensure infrastructure is adequate and maintained at all times
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
Responsible for ensuring cleanroom facilities, cleanroom mechanical systems, and other environmental equipment are in state of proper operation and maintenance
Oversee outside services for facility cleaning, including the cleanrooms, for effectiveness and schedule
Recommend equipment as required to maintain and meet requirements of the organization
Adhere to Change Control and ECO process at all times
Work with purchasing as required to procure equipment, components, and services
Establish preventive maintenance procedures for equipment and ensure timely execution and robust record keeping in accordance with the QMS
Ensure adherence to all OSHA and Isometric safety regulations, guidelines, and enforce these requirements company-wide
Plan and coordinate all installations and servicing from outside contractors
Oversee the installation and set-up of equipment
Manage the construction process for new additions and facilities including project schedule and budget as needed
Participate in continuous improvement activities and initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
Technical degree required, or equivalent work experience required/preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of facilities/maintenance management preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical controls and facilities management
Project management experience preferred
Broad knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
Experience using ERP systems for maintenance transactions and record keeping
