Job Title: Concrete Laborer Needed - Pay up to $25/hr!
Job Description
A concrete contractor is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to concrete construction and maintenance. This role involves physical labor and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete.
Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, sidewalks, and curbs using a variety of hand and power tools.
Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters; patch voids; and use saws to cut expansion joints.
Assist with masonry tasks including laying bricks, stones, and blocks.
Mix mortar and grout, and spread onto surfaces or foundations.
Perform basic concrete testing in the field and plant.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Stock inventory and manage materials.
Qualifications
Previous experience in concrete work, masonry, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
General labor, construction, landscaping, or outdoor work experience accepted.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Must be open to performing all types of concrete and masonry work.

Work Environment
Monday - Friday | 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Year-round work. Site-to-site work with direct reporting to the site. Work is within a 1-hour radius of the shop in Stillwater. PPE provided by the client.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
