Actalent Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager in New Oxford, Pennsylvania
Description
• Leadership and Supervision: Lead our team of dedicated Quality Assurance Technicians, ensuring effective quality management practices on the production floor. • Program Management: Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive QA programs, including Preventive Controls, Food Safety, SQF, HACCP, GMPs, Food Defense, and Pre-Requisite Programs. • Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with USDA inspectors, manage audits, and ensure all food safety documentation is current and compliant. • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance quality and safety procedures, ensuring continuous improvement across all production processes. • Team Training: Educate and guide team members on SCF's product safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
