KREWE  is seeking  a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the recruitment process and ensure KREWE attracts and hires the best talent. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, as well as collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to provide an exceptional recruitment experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, and networking) to identify and engage potential candidates

  • Partner with hiring managers to review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the interview slate.

  • Assist in the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.

  • Manage candidate inquiries and provide support throughout the recruitment process.

  • Work closely with the talent acquisition function  to understand staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment status.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Prepare and extend job offers, execute background check process 

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition function to provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment process.

    REQUIREMENTS : 

  • Work location and headquarters: New Orleans 

  • Minimum 2 years proven full-cycle, corporate recruiting experience successfully executing a variety of searches. 

  • Bachelors’ degree in a relevant program.

  • Solid track record in delivering specialist / niche hiring within a corporate environment. 

  • Experience recruiting for professional services with an understanding of fashion/ accessories preferred..

  • Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends, and sourcing strategies. Advanced internet research experience and experience using social media, AI tools and networking to engage and maintain candidate pools. 

  • Ability and desire to work in an ever changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. 

  • Strong relationship building skills; ability to develop trusted adviser relationships at a senior level, internally and with candidates; excellent stakeholder management skills, 

  • Experience with comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Recruiting CRM systems (Jazz HR) and excellent attention to detail. 

  • Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and good professional judgment 

  • Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced work environment, as well as to work under pressure efficiently with rapidly changing priorities
