Hyatt Director of Stewarding in NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana
Description:
T he Hyatt Regency New Orleans, a 1193 room luxury full-service hotel with 200,000 sq. ft. of event space, is searching for a talented Director of Stewarding to lead our stewarding team. The Director of Stewarding is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team. This person supervises day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department. As the Director of Stewarding, you will be responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to: scheduling, management, and training of staff.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of hotel management experience, in a Stewarding, Culinary, or F&B role
Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments.
Strong leadership skills are required
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule
