Job Overview:
As a Production Associate at QMP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. You will be responsible for various tasks related to order fulfillment, performing manual machining operations shing operations, cleaning machined parts, and other related duties assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
· Receives and moves incoming materials.
· Unloads trucks.
· Performs manual machining operations such as drilling, honing, buffing, stamping, tapping, etc.
· Operates and runs the MSO (Multi Secondary Operations Machine).
· Performs finishing operations.
· Clean machined parts.
· Cleans and organizes shop areas: floors, machines, bay areas, etc.
· Packages and counts parts.
· Performs lawn maintenance; takes out garbage, lawn care, de-ice sidewalk, shovel walkway, etc.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
Prior experience in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred
Familiarity with order fulfillment processes
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hand and finger dexterity

Exposure to moving mechanical parts and varying environmental conditions
Lift and move items up to specified weight limits
