UBS Bank USA is hiring a(n) Associate Director, Strategic Business Analyst (ref. Code 001524 in Weehawken, NJ.Duties: Develop data-driven business insights and analytics to drive growth within Banking. Contribute to strategic initiatives and be part of a team that works on business growth development initiatives. Deliver insights and segmentation by leveraging various internal and external data to grow market share of banking products and services and support strategic banking decision making. Use product/financial SME to demonstrate through reporting and analyses how the product area drives profitability and work to develop strategies to enhance revenues. Develop and assist in various reporting initiatives and data analytics on banking initiatives. Take an ownership role in product data capabilities and work within the team and with partners to ensure sound data governance and development frameworks. Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
