Job Title: Structural Steel Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a certified Structural Steel Foreman who will be responsible for managing, supervising, and deploying labor, tools, equipment, and materials for all phases of steel construction projects. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, structural steel managers, and other construction team members to ensure timely delivery of quality projects. The foreman will participate in Method of Construction plan development, follow and enforce the plan, and communicate any issues back to management. This position also requires occasional travel to sites for re-erecting buildings and leading safety and quality control measures. The ideal candidate will also handle administrative tasks such as producing daily construction reports and participating in annual inventory completion.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Holland, Pennsylvania with occasional travel to client sites.

Work Environment

The work environment includes shop welding and working on modular units outside the shop. The dress code requires steel-toe boots, jeans, and a t-shirt. Work will often be conducted outside and on ladders up to two stories high with safety harnesses provided. The site is generally noisy, with noise levels over 80 decibels, and includes both low and high lighting levels from production spaces to office spaces. Candidates should be comfortable working in tight spaces and from heights.
