About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with at least 3 years of experience running service calls independently in heating, cooling, and/or plumbing.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and service heating, cooling, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Offer technically sound repair and replacement options when appropriate, ensuring the customer has the knowledge to make an informed decision—without pressure.
Perform routine maintenance and system checks to maximize efficiency and prevent future issues.
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers, always prioritizing education and options over sales.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, diagnostics, and work completed.
Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and best practices.
Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on service experience running HVAC or plumbing calls independently.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
A service-first mindset – customers trust us to be their expert, and to be informed of their options, not a quota driven salesperson.
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.
A team player with high integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing what's right for the customer.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
