About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with at least 3 years of experience running service calls independently in heating, cooling, and/or plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and service heating, cooling, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.

  • Offer technically sound repair and replacement options when appropriate, ensuring the customer has the knowledge to make an informed decision—without pressure.

  • Perform routine maintenance and system checks to maximize efficiency and prevent future issues.

  • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers, always prioritizing education and options over sales.

  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, diagnostics, and work completed.

  • Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and best practices.

  • Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on service experience running HVAC or plumbing calls independently.

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

  • A service-first mindset – customers trust us to be their expert, and to be informed of their options, not a quota driven salesperson.

  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.

  • A team player with high integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing what's right for the customer.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
