Cleaning by Kate, LLC is seeking a Scheduling and Support Coordinator - In Office
We are growing!
- As New Bern's best residential cleaning business, we are seeking an amazing Scheduling and Support Coordinator to join our office team.
- If you love making others happy, excel at organization, and are familiar with computer software, our scheduling coordinator position might be for you!
- Our scheduling and support coordinator position is ideal if you enjoy a fast-paced office environment, you are a true team player and team builder, and you bend over backwards to meet customers' needs when it comes to getting them on the schedule as soon as possible.
Our ideal scheduling coordinator will:
- Excel at following instructions and asking for help when needed.
- Be very productivity driven.
- Able to use Windows (instead of Mac)
- Prioritization and task management are essential.
- Be able to be self-taught with the help of video learning and do not need to be micromanaged.
- This is an office position; however, you will need to be willing to be trained on field operations.
- Not be afraid to answer the phone and does so enthusiastically.
- Be willing to take on any other necessary tasks to help run the office smoothly.
- Have experience in Google Drive and Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint Point and Word
- Any experience using CRM software
- Ability to handle scheduling
- Ability to read, speak, and write English
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (35 - 40 hours)
