First, Second & Third Shift All shifts are negotiable to accommodate program needs and staff, sometimes can be combined to days and evenings. Ideal Candidate would be Certified Nursing Assistant, willing to be M.A.P. certified , familiar with meal planning for group home , specialized diets, assisting residents with showering and personal needs, as well as ability to read action plans and follow interventions related to learning , and ability to write progress notes with those interventions. All candidates need to be able to drive and transport residents to all appointments as needed, as well as maintain cleanliness of the facility on an ongoing basis. All candidates should be a part of a team and be willing to learn about psychiatric diagnoses and medical diagnoses and follow team leaders\' recommendations.
