ManpowerGroup Computer Hardware Technician in New Albany, Ohio

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Computer Hardware Technician to join their team. As a Computer Hardware Technician, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring the smooth operation of cutting-edge cloud computing server technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate complex technical information effectively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Technical Support Tech I

Location: New Albany, Ohio

Pay Range: $25 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.

  • Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.

  • Utilize command line diagnostics to troubleshoot and repair technical issues.

  • Contribute to strong inter and intra-team development.

  • Communicate advanced technical information to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge.

What's Needed?

  • Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of computers, servers, and network devices.

  • Strong experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair

  • Good situational awareness and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • Willingness to flex hours and extend shifts as required.
