Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Computer Hardware Technician to join their team. As a Computer Hardware Technician, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring the smooth operation of cutting-edge cloud computing server technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate complex technical information effectively, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Technical Support Tech I
Location: New Albany, Ohio
Pay Range: $25 per hour
What's the Job?
Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.
Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.
Utilize command line diagnostics to troubleshoot and repair technical issues.
Contribute to strong inter and intra-team development.
Communicate advanced technical information to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge.
What's Needed?
Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of computers, servers, and network devices.
Strong experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
Good situational awareness and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday.
Willingness to flex hours and extend shifts as required.
