POSITIE SAMENVATTING EN BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEIDSGEBIEDEN:

• Verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, onderhoud en reparatie van apparatuur binnen een toegewezen gebied/ regio om de continuïteit van de klantoperations en hoge niveaus van klanttevredenheid te waarborgen

• Verantwoordelijk voor eigendom van klantproblemen of incidenten totdat de situatie is opgelost naar de tevredenheid van de klant en/of in overeenstemming met overeengekomen Service Level Agreements

• Vereist om werk uit te voeren op producten en diensten van lage complexiteit. Voer kleine reparaties uit en vervang componenten op Tier I apparatuur zoals pc's, werkstations en randapparatuur, printers, front-end POS-systemen.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het assisteren bij de sitevoorbereiding, inclusief de installatie van kabels, het opstellen van apparatuur en het testen van apparatuur; kan ook vereiste modulaire swaps en eenheidswisselingen uitvoeren

• De Field Engineer reageert op alle klantproblemen of -problemen door ze op te lossen of door ze door te sturen naar de juiste medewerker, teamlid, territory manager of de planning

• Bouwt werkrelaties op met klanten en ontwikkelt informele communicatiekanalen met de klantaccount op lokaal niveau; Vertegenwoordigt NCR Voyix op een manier die positief reflecteert op het imago en de reputatie van het bedrijf

• Voert periodiek preventief onderhoud uit op toegewezen producten; Diagnoseert problemen, voert kleine reparaties uit en vervangt componenten (op module niveau).

• Verantwoordelijk voor alle activa die worden gebruikt bij de levering van klantendiensten (dwz gereedschappen, software, voertuigen, documentatie en intellectueel eigendom), of zoals toegewezen door management; Onderhouden van een passende onderdelenvoorraad evenals onderdelen registratiebewaring

• Verantwoordelijk voor nauwkeurige en tijdige rapportage van oproepen en activiteiten, evenals andere rapportage indien nodig; Verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden en rapporteren van alle kosten die worden gemaakt bij het leveren van diensten, inclusief telefonie, privé-auto en/of openbaar vervoer

• Verantwoordelijk voor het vastleggen van gedetailleerde klantassetinformatie en andere gegevens die vereist zijn voor het voltooien van facturerings- of factureringsactiviteiten

• Kan dagelijks op basis van oproep worden verzonden of zijn/haar eigen dagelijkse schema op basis van geautomatiseerde rapporten

• Kan vereisen dat er langdurig wordt gereisd, gereedschapskit/onderdelen van verschillende gewichten (1-50 lbs.) worden gedragen en opgeheven; Kan vooroverbuigen/hurken, lopen/staan/zitten gedurende langere periodes vereisen; Kan vereist zijn om op rotatieshifts te werken

• Zorg ervoor dat de productiviteitsmaatregelen van het personeel worden bereikt; Werk samen met Call Center-personeel via PDA om machines terug te krijgen.

• Onderhoud of installatie van winkel retail EPOS-ervaring is vereist; Sterke desktop hardware-ervaring kan worden overwogen als EPOS-ervaring beperkt is

BASISKWALIFICATIES:

• Middelbare schooldiploma of equivalent• {AANTAL} jaar gerelateerde ervaring• Bekwaamheid om te werken met Microsoft Office Suite; Ervaring op Windows-besturingssystemen vereist• Ervaring in PC Hardware onderhoud en ondersteuning• A+ certificering• ITE of Polytechnic in Electronics and Communications Engineering• Werkt goed met minimale supervisie; Goede probleemoplossende vaardigheden; Vermogen om snel nieuwe vaardigheden onder de knie te krijgen; Vermogen om onder druk te werken; Vermogen om deadlines te halen en hoogwaardig werk te produceren• Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden / klantrelatievaardigheden vereist• Hoog niveau van mechanische / elektrische begrip; Ervaring op het onderhouden van computerhardware (desktops, servers, randapparatuur), routers, netwerken, switches, hubs vereist• Hoog niveau van persoonlijke integriteit; Ondersteuning en bevordering van teamwork en gezamenlijke inspanning• Moet in staat zijn om een flexibel schema te werken inclusief avonden, weekenden, overuren, flex shifts en oproepdiensten

PREFERENTE KWALIFICATIES:• Associate's Degree geniet de voorkeur• Eerdere ervaring in NCR of vergelijkbare apparatuur is een pluspunt• CCNA heeft de voorkeur
