Duties and responsibilities include the following other duties that may be assigned: Develop and implement user interfaces for websites and web applications. Write clean, efficient, accessible, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or jQuery. Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatibility of web applications. Collaborate with design team members and agencies to implement visual design intent. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites, emails, and applications. Optimize application performance for maximum speed, accessibility, and scalability. Collaborate with internal and external back-end developers, creative agencies, marketing agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality end products through support, design reviews, code reviews, QA, and unit testing. Research, analyze, and monitor market trends and demographic factor changes to capitalize/react to market opportunities involving advertising programs, merchandising policy, product packaging, and current web trends. Experiment, establish, and execute online marketing goals through implementing and maintaining strategy, content management, email marketing, advertising, promotions, social media, surveys, focus groups, and innovative web development/utilization. Develop and maintain W3C and WCAG-compliant HTML/CSS/JavaScript page-level code while directing/coordinating with internal and external providers to increase web performance and usability. Plan, track, and manage multiple projects involving various workflows, personnel and delivery dates. Collaborate, support, and provide guidance to content creators, technical personnel, service providers, marketing team members, product development team members, consultants, and external providers on projects, campaigns, email marketing initiatives, general deliverables/queries, social media, general site optimization, and search engine optimization. Prepare general and specific online marketing/sales/performance reports on request or in preparation for presentations. Qualifications The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required. A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or university, one to two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced skill level in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML Editors, Mac and/or PC Skills (work environment PC), and an understanding of social media and new internet technologies. Familiarity with web usability standards, accessibility, performance best practices, and implementation. Required Programming Languages: HTML and CSS (not WYSIWYG editors). Preferred Programming Languages: JQuery or JavaScript, Node JS, HTML Email. Ability to interpret technical procedures, documentation, analytics, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve daily website issues and support front-end site functionality.
