ManpowerGroup Project Engineer in Neenah, Wisconsin
Our client, a global manufacturer of machines for the pulp and paper industry, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Dept. processing and managing customer account projects.
The ideal candidate problem solver and provides design, technical, and commercial support of projects from inception to completion, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Neenah, WI
Pay: $75,000 - $95,000
Key Responsibilities
Effectively support customers by managing customer projects from initial quotation through project completion.
Prepare scope of work for all mechanical services, modifications, and testing.
Interact with customers directly to specify, price, and communicate progress on repair projects.
Generate and update process documentation, work Instructions, flow charts, etc.
Review customer source control drawings, specification control drawings and other applicable specifications to determine requirements and/or feasibility of the component.
Requirements
Engineering Degree preferred
Project management experience is a plus
Experience in the service or repair of mechanical machinery/systems.
Capable of teaching and coaching other team members.
Lean Management, Six Sigma and/or Operational Excellence training preferred.
