JOB REQUIREMENTS: Product Innovation Technician Summary of Position: The Advantage xPO team at Kimberly Clark seeks a Product Innovation Technician to support identification and delivery of RU menstrual & incontinence product innovation opportunities. The incumbent receives work direction from a Product Innovation Strategist, and supports reusables Innovation (80%), Design (10%), and Development (10%) team members. The ideal candidate excels at supporting a diversity of project activities spanning all phases of innovation from consumer understanding, idea generation, prototype creation to product validation. The incumbent supports sample procurement, product fabrication, bench/consumer testing, data analysis, IP/ad claims documentation, competitive benchmarking, and creation of leadership/retailer presentations. Additionally, the candidate is excited to support the creation, development and delivery of game-changing reusable product innovations under accelerated timelines, which will require creative problem solving and necessitate new ways of working (e.g., prototyping, testing, benefit visualizations, etc.). Responsibilities: * Support procurement and/or creation of samples for reusables innovation projects and roadmaps. * Support documentation of sample designs (e.g., materials, patterns, drawings, dimensions, construction techniques) and confirm samples are made to specification. * Manage bench testing for reusables product development, ad claims, and competitive bench marking. Specifically, procure samples, confirm samples are made to specification, submit bench testing requests, prepare samples for bench testing, manage testing schedules, and compile sample and testing results (e.g., data, photos) into excel charts and power point presentations for Product Innovation Strategist to finalize with results/conclusions. * Execute bench testing methods that are non-standard or needed on an expedited timeline. * Support real consumer use testing for reusables by preparing study samples/stimuli using appropriate support (e.g., PPS, MAS Intimates), obtaining product safety clearance, and summarizing testing results (data, photos, videos) into excel charts and power point presentations for Product Innovation Strategist to finalize with...
