Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health PT sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 day shifts Monday-Friday. The area of coverage would be Neenah, Appleton, and surrounding areas.
