Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Accountant II in the Manufacturing industry, based in Neenah, Wisconsin. The role involves handling various accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring efficient processing of accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and maintain all account reconciliations.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Handle bank reconciliations to monitor financial transactions.
• Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and record detailed journal entries.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and reporting.
• Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is recorded.
• Handle financial consolidations and prepare consolidated financial statements.
Requirements
• Must have a thorough understanding of Account Reconciliation
• Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation with precision
• Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations is required
• Expertise in managing General Ledger is essential
• Experience in preparing Journal Entries is necessary
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is a must
• Should be skilled in handling Month End Close tasks
• Experience with NetSuite software is a significant advantage
• Experience in Consolidations is a must
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
