ATI Specialty Rolled Products is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting Team. Primary Responsibilities will include reviewing general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, and performing account analysis and reconciliation.
Essential Functions
Maintain the general ledger to include the preparation of assigned journal entries, account analysis and reconciliation, closing books monthly
Bank Reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain the Accounts Payable workbook daily
File and reconcile the monthly Sales/Use tax self-assessment
Assign account numbers and tracking of the Capital Funding Requests and Major Maintenance Requests
Assists in the preparation of annual budgets for review by management and used in measuring, planning, and controlling business operations
Complete income tax packages
Assist with CIP, Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting
Tie out payroll interfaces
Complete Property tax payments and monthly accruals
Assists team as required
