Actalent Welding Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welding Engineer to join our team at a growing manufacturing facility. In this role, you will manage and maintain welding equipment, ensuring proper functionality at all times. You will apply and interpret ASME code, provide technical guidance and assistance to welding operators, and manage a welding training program. Additionally, you will develop welding procedures in compliance with ISO 9002 standards and troubleshoot various welding, robotic, and assembly issues on the shop floor.
Hard Skills
ASME code application and interpretation
Development of welding procedures compliant with ISO 9002 standards
Robotic welding experience
Troubleshooting of shop floor weld, robotic, and assembly issues
Soft Skills
Ability to provide technical guidance
Management of training programs
