The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to join our Global Commercial Operations team. In this senior-level role, you will partner closely with the leadership team, and regional sales leaders to support sales teams, owning the in-depth monitoring and tracking of the business metrics, creation of key intelligence and insights to accelerate growth. You will also help enhance and guide the commercial operating model to scale and create efficiencies in our foundational processes increasing productivity and scale through automation of data insights.
Responsibilities:
Support the Regional sales leaders with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth
Support Commercial Sales & CS Operations colleagues by standardizing global and regional common process that is currently decentralized.
Deep dive into key performance metrics and drive deep understanding of business performance
Problem solves and structures analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges through data, analytics and insight
Identify new opportunities and areas of productivity efficiency gains for regional sales leadership
Participate in projects defining go-to-market approaches, as well as in regular business and resource planning
Run analysis on key performance metrics, providing relevant insights for managing the business
Prepare and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics to leadership teams
Manage bespoke projects and effectively manage stakeholders
Communicate effectively with sales team members and other departments to gather and share information.
Qualifications:
Has 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations and/or finance experience including but not limited to Compensation, TAM modeling, territories, etc. in an Enterprise SaaS growth environment in private equity backed businesses.
Experience with Sales & CS tools: Salesforce, Xactly, Gainsight, Oracle, Netsuite, Zuora, etc.
Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems. Has experience working with data and large data sets to identify trends and create insights to make recommendations to senior leaders.
Has an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
Works well with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
Proficiency in BI visualization tools (eg Tableau)

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
