Job Requirements:

This position in the Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Systems (https://my.l3harris.com/orgchart?supervisorEcaID=U243050) (ISR) Sector of the (IMS) Integrated Mission Systems Segment is responsible for the Contracts team that supports a diverse business area, with Customers from various USG Departments and Agencies, as well as large and small business Prime Contractors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.

  • Leadership skills and a team player who is a problem solver and self-starter.

  • Excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities and self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance from the U.S. Government.

    Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of regulations including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR supplements (e.g. DFARS) and other agency regulations.

  • The qualified individual must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers.

  • Experience in providing business, contractual and risk mitigation strategies to support the needs of the program.

  • Experience in all aspects of the contract life cycle including, contracts administration, proposal preparation and close-out.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationship, provide RFP shaping/analysis and have participated in proposal development and bid strategy.

  • Familiarity with International Agreements and Terms and Conditions.

  • Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
