Because of our rapid growth, we have an immediate need for a highly motivated Principle Electrical Engineer candidate to join our Transition to Production, Production Support and Sustainment team.
Engineers should have advanced troubleshooting experience with highly technical Digital circuits. Thorough knowledge of Digital Transceivers and other complex circuit technology is desired and a willingness to be a product leader that takes ownership of difficult technical problems affecting overall hardware performance.
The candidate should have 6 years of one or more of the technical disciplines; Digital, Analog, RF, Microwave or Test development and strong desire to learn more in all the technical areas. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your technical and leadership skills as you support the continued production and sustainment of various card assemblies, and subsystems.
Activities day to day will vary and may include:
Supporting transition of new products into production
Collaborating on design updates to circuit card assemblies
Collaborating on circuit analyses to assess performance impacts
Collaborating on product yield and affordability improvements
Collaborating on product respins caused by part obsolescence or quality issues
Leading the debug of complex circuits
Collaborating with technicians
Working with hardware suppliers
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree.
Advanced troubleshooting experience with highly technical Digital circuits.
6 years experience in Electrical Engineering
Thorough knowledge of Digital Transceivers and other complex circuit technology.
A willingness to be a product leader that takes ownership of difficult technical problems affecting overall hardware performance.
Strong desire to learn in the following areas; Digital, Analog, RF, Microwave and Test development
Motivated self-starter with ability to effectively work in a team environment
Problem solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability.
Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner
Ability to collaborate on technical information to program teams and/or customers.
Technical writing and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a manufacturing environment
Able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Skills and Education
8 years of experience in a production environment supporting complex debug of digital hardware.
Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
Active Secret Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
