Ready to join a global leader? If so, look no further! Adecco is currently seeking a Logistics Claims Specialist to assist our local client in Naperville, IL! As a Claims Specialist you will support the Operations Departments as well as the Director of Operations. A Logistics Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing the freight claims process including documenting claims in the Transportation Management System, sending claims to carriers, and responding to customer claims.
Pay rate: $25.00/hr. Based on Experience.
Shift availability: Part-Time, Hybrid Work (1 day remote, 2 days in office)
Length: Part Time work with possibility of extension.

Our ideal Claims Specialist candidate must have/must be able to:
· Manage the freight claims process.
· Send claims to carriers and respond to customer claims.
· Document claims in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
· Data entry into transportation Management System (TMS), customer online portals, and carrier websites.
· Generate weekly reports of claims status.
Education/Certification Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· Data entry experience required.
· Knowledge of the Logistics/3PL industry.
· Freight/insurance claims experience.
· Transportation Management System (TMS) experience.
Required Skills:
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Ability to provide a high level of accuracy and have excellent attention to detail.
