Job Summary

If you are a Maintenance Professional looking for an opportunity to grow, we have an exciting opening for you! In this role, you will be a core member of a team dedicated to creating World Class manufacturing processes for flow meters to provide a Best-in-Class experience for our customers. You Works closely with operation divisions to keep machines up and running at optimal efficiency. You’re responsible for the safe, efficient and economical performance of all assigned maintenance duties. Work as technical lead in the equipment management and maintenance with providing guidance and technical support to technicians and engineers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Participating in developing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods; planning and scheduling planned and unplanned maintenance work;

  • Analyzing breakdown problems and overseeing critical repairs; carrying out quality inspections on preventive jobs; controlling maintenance cost;

  • Establishing a high efficiency and cost-effective spare parts management system to support AFTC operation activities.

  • Leading AFTC operation fix asset aligning with financial policy.

  • Developing a strong maintenance technician team to support maintenance task implementation.

  • Ensure that all documentation is kept current as to open discrepancies and completed corrective actions. Through CIP, always strive to comply with ISO 14001 / 45001 in everything we do everyday; having Think-Customer in mind.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in facility maintenance and related background in a plant manufacturing environment is ideal for this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, engineering application software (eg. Autocad /PLC) is preferred.
