You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.

How you will contribute

To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

En tant qu’Ingénieur Projet Packaging vous ferez partie de l’équipe projet dans notre usine de production de fromage à Namur.

Notre usine de Namur produit des marques iconiques telles que Sottilette, leader du marché en Italie, ou encore Dairylea, une des marques préférées des consommateurs au Royaume-Uni.

Vous aurez l’opportunité de développer et de mettre en place les solutions techniques de bout en bout, du planning jusqu’à l’installation.

Nous cherchons un Ingénieur Projet qui s’occupera de la partie packaging (emballeurs, encaisseuses et palettiseurs) ainsi que des projets de robotisation (AGV, cobots).

Vos missions :

  • Vous formerez partie de l’équipe Engineering en tant que responsable de projets spécifiques, en charge intégralement des investissements liés aux équipements de packaging et des projets de robotisation et automatisme

  • Vous gèrerez les réunions de projet avec les intervenants internes et externes, et maintiendrez informé les acteurs de l’avancée des projets tout en rapportant au Comité de Direction.

  • Vous superviserez les ressources internes et externes nécessaires à la réussite de l’implémentation des investissements durant chacune des phases des projets : préparation, fabrication, installation et mise en service.

  • Vous effectuerez le contrôle global des avancées (contrôle du budget, de la gestion du temps, des ressources, de la mise en service et de la vérification).

  • Vous mettrez en place, gèrerez et conduirez d’autres projets en tant que chef d’une équipe projet.

Profil et compétences :

  • Vous avez de préférence un Bachelier ou Master en ingénierie d’automation.

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience sur des sujets d’automation industrielle.

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience en machinerie de packaging ou en projets d’implémentation de robotique.

  • Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d’expérience en management de projet industriel.

  • Français et Anglais indispensables.

  • Vous maîtrisez les logiciels tels que Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD et un système d’ERP (ex : SAP).
