About the Position
Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete foundation pads using a variety of hand and power tools.

Brief Project Description : This project includes civil earthwork (mass grading) and 100+ concrete foundations.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: hourly local prevailing wage
Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage available on the first day of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
401K plan available for eligible employees on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. IMCO offers 100% contribution matching up to 4% of the employee’s eligible wages.
Responsibilities

Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth, and align them.
Spread, level, and smooth concrete, using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, and float.
Monitor how the wind, heat, or cold affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process.
Mold expansion joints and edges, using edging tools, jointers, and straightedge.
Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete, and move chute to direct concrete on forms.
Produce rough concrete surface, using broom.
Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete, and waterproof or restore surface.
Operate power vibrator to compact concrete.
Follow daily work plans, reports, and complete timecards accurately
Lift 50+ pounds
Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or company security operations for the protection of people and property.
Location & commitments
Project Location – Nampa, Idaho
Project Duration – Full-time hours plus overtime as needed through winter. Additional jobs have been secured in the Treasure Valley area providing employees with stable, consistent work.
8–10-hour shifts
Overtime may be available
Evening/weekend work may be necessary to meet milestones
Requirements and Qualifications
Current and valid driver’s license
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
Pre-employment drug testing required
Criminal background check required
