Our client is seeking a full-time Estate Manager for a large luxury estate in Muskoka Canada. The Estate Manager will have full oversight of estate operations year-round and will supervise a team of twenty year-round employees. He or she should possess proficiency in front- and back-of-the-house management, property and grounds care, repair and preventative maintenance, personnel supervision, and financial administration. Given the family’s desire for privacy and safety, we seek a knowledgeable, trustworthy individual with impeccable discretion and judgment. This is a significant opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional looking to advance his or her career by managing this luxury estate. The estate manager will be provided with separate housing for the estate manager and family.
