Qualified candidates will utilize window treatment and design experience to provide consultation, support, and pricing proposals to our clients from initial inquiry through project completion. Work to grow our market share in commercial window treatments and ensure the successful execution of projects. Individual Duties and Responsibilities: *Review design plans, specifications, and customer requests for Window Treatment information. *Conduct design consultations to identify the right products to match the customer\'s design, style, functional needs and budget. *Direct contact with Designers, Architects, and Facilities. Act as an industry resource and Divisional product expert for technical assistance and support, including product recommendations, specifications, etc. *Utilize CRM, Quoting, Ordering, and other company systems to manage all customer quote proposals, orders, project detailing, and customer service matters including but not limited to the following: order status, partial shipments, change orders, shipment tracking, and material returns. *Work closely with Product Management for standard & custom requests. *Coordinate details for all product & hardware requirements including forms, specification sheets, samples, shop drawings, etc. *Act as a resource internally and with any potential travel in support of larger projects to consult, measure, and installation guidance. *Continually supports and adheres to the Corporate Values, Vision, and Mission Statement of Inpro Corporation. *Develop and maintain a focused strategic sales plan to increase business opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets. *Identify and develop relationships with all key decision-makers related to accounts to maximize sales opportunities and close ratios, i.e. architects, designers, consultants, and end-users. *Utilize effective, regular, and positive communication with Territory Managers to maximize sales results. *Identify and analyze competition, both regionally and globally. Know your territory, the specifics of each project, and the strengths and weaknesses of all players involved to maximize close ratios and company profitability. *Utilize and maintain all sales data systems. *Effective and timely follow-up of all quotes, bids, leads, and opportunities to maximize close ratio. *Demonstrate effective project management skills through timely follow-up and coordination to maximize close ratio. *Educate customers on the...
