**[Job Summary: [To promote excellent service to the members by: Performing the necessary functions needed to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of requests for quality service from members. Reclassification to the second level requires satisfactory job performance, proficiency in all Level I responsibilities, and successfully completing all required training. Reclassification to the third level requires satisfactory job performance, proficiency in all Level II responsibilities, successful completion of all required training, proficiency in Microsoft Office product, RemitPlus software and MTE Customer Information System, and demonstrating the ability to independently manage all the complexities of any type of project related to the position.

  • Basic math skills are required.

  • Must be reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfill obligations in a team environment.
  • Must understand the fundamentals of using Microsoft Office products.
