Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, SV Hotel AG. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
– You evaluate and classify group requests (group conversion) and take care of the follow-up
– You support sales activities (e.g. customer gifts, trade fair appearances) in close cooperation with the Sales Manager
– You actively work to acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships in order to build long-term partnerships
– You are motivated and have a high level of commitment and a strong service awareness
– You enjoy advising customers on the phone and are happy when you achieve your goals
– A degree or training in the hotel industry or experience in sales
– You have practical work experience in the hotel industry
– You have organizational talent, communication skills, a sense of responsibility and strong negotiating skills
– You have a very good knowledge of MS Office and fluent written and spoken German, knowledge of French is an advantage
