Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Candidates will be operating a variety of screw machines. Responsibilities include setting up machines, utilizing gauges, micrometers, calipers, depth, and dimensional micrometers, and performing quality checks. A basic understanding of how to use the tools required to set up and operate the machines is essential.
Responsibilities
Operate a variety of screw machines.
Set up machines efficiently and accurately.
Utilize gauges, micrometers, calipers, depth, and dimensional micrometers.
Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Essential Skills
At least 3 years of experience manually setting up CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
Mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
Blueprint reading experience.
CNC Lathe operator experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.50/hr.
