Job Description
The Engineering Technician - Spring Coiling will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining spring coiling machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with spring coiling equipment, a strong understanding of materials and processes, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Seeking candidates with:
Troubleshooting skills.
Experience with CNC coiling machines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of coiling machine setup, tooling, and maintenance.
Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Technical or vocational training in manufacturing, machining, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in spring coiling or related metal forming processes.
Hands-on experience with CNC coiling machines (e.g., WAFIOS, MEC, or equivalent) preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
