This role delivers efficient technical support to India Perfumery business, Fragrance Technology exploration for client project and pro-active project. This role also has responsibility & accountability of smooth functioning of creation & application labs.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Technical Support to Perfumer Business: -

  • Support the India perfumer business in addressing technical issues with clients across categories.

  • Be the technical interface between client & dsm-firmenich.

  • Work closely with global technical development team to resolve technical issues and also to understand new formats which are been launched globally.

  • Fragrance Technology: -

  • Explore dsm-firmenich fragrance technologies to address the client briefs and unmet consumer needs.

  • Pro-actively explore fragrance technologies across different categories and present the proposals/products to internal and external clients.

  • You are responsible to make fragrance technologies available for projects for FDM & commercial teams.

  • Accountability of Creation & Application Labs: -

  • You will be responsible for smooth functioning of creation and application labs.

  • Must meet the objective set for delivery of samples for development, commercial and CI teams.

  • Roll-out of global best practices to India labs for improving efficiency and upgradation of the labs.

  • Training and development of the lab team members to learn new skills and product formats.

  • Identify & procure the CAPEX needed for labs.

    You Bring:

  • 15+ years of experience handling Creation & Application Labs.

  • Experience in managing operational and CAPEX budgets for labs.

  • Proven ability to manage both internal (local & global) and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Demonstrated technical know-how with a strong business acumen.

  • Passion for achieving high performance in technical domains.

  • Strategic approach to leadership and effective influencing skills.

  • Proven excellence in managing people by building and leading diverse teams successfully.
