Global Marketing Operations & Project Excellence Team

  • The Global Marketing Operations & Project Excellence team is a center of excellence dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and performance of our global marketing team. We focus on operational and project excellence, collaboration, and responsible budget management. The Marketing Operations Manager will be critical in facilitating a strong partnership between global marketing and finance teams, overseeing budget management, purchase orders, and streamlining invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a healthy partnership between global marketing and finance teams, ensuring the effective management and tracking of budget forecasts and actuals across diverse regions and campaigns.

  • Assume ownership and expert management of purchase order processes, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to established protocols. Work in tandem with the global marketing team to facilitate timely invoice collection. Develop and implement efficient procedures to encourage prompt submissions and track outstanding invoices.

  • Ability to translate complex financial data into readily digestible narratives for marketing leadership.

  • Serve as the main point of contact with finance partners, proactively identifying and addressing potential budgetary shortfalls or opportunities for optimization.

  • Support in streamlining processes and implementing industry best practices for enhanced financial management within the marketing domain.

  • A proven track record of success in finance management, ideally within a marketing or advertising context.

  • Demonstrated excellence in analytical skills, proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to tailor financial information for diverse audiences with clarity and effectiveness.

  • Extensive experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and adapting to ever-evolving environments.

  • Experience in international finance and currency conversions.

  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and data analytics platforms.

  • A proven track record of successfully identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
