The Commercial Excellence Manager, High Growth Markets for Radiometer is responsible for coordinating the commercial excellence teams across the HGM region focusing on building a strong commercial excellence mindset and approach, harmonizing and standardizing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and processes, and building adhoc solutions to address HGM business models diversity.

This position is part of the Marketing & Commercial Excellence team for HGM operating in a matrix structure. The role could be located in a location within the region and will be a hybrid role. You will be a part of the Marketing & Commercial Excellence team and report to the Marketing & Commercial Excellence Director HGM responsible for developing and implementing initiatives, processes, and tools to support countries and commercial teams in their business activities driving excellence in commercial performances to achieve long term double digit profitable growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead Commercial Excellence activities across the region, with particular focus on funnel management, CRM visibility, data quality, budget planning, KPI reporting, Ops reviews, Commercial Growth Rooms, and solutions/value selling.

  • Coordinate the deployment of global commercial excellence tools and solutions to HGMs. Participate in GTM initiatives and provide implementation support to new commercial teams.

  • Build and maintain a strong network with global functions, including sales, marketing, and commercial enablement stakeholders to secure required support; collaborate with other DHR OpCos teams to exchange and leverage best practices.

  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to suit the diversity of the HGM region that maximize sales performances and install base growth. Ensure the integration of Channel / Distributor organizations into RAD’s commercial excellence tools and processes.

  • Coach and collaborate with country commercial excellence teams. Monitor and audit countries’ adoption and compliance with tools and processes. Review KPIs, identify gaps and develop countermeasures.

  • Develop and deliver Commercial Excellence tools training programs to improve the capability and performance of the RAD salesforce and Channel Partner teams.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent. Masters preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial excellence experience, preferably in a global or regional position in the medical industry, combined with previous commercial experience.

  • Experience in funnel management, sales processes, CRM systems and reporting tools is essential.

  • Strong customer orientation and innovative thinking combined with rigorous process implementation to deliver results.

  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand Radiometer’s business model and convert strategy into action.

  • Leadership experience and abilities – demonstrated self-confidence, a positive and proactive approach to addressing challenges, fostering growth, and promoting open communication and collaboration; trustworthy, honest, and non-political.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Communicating and negotiating at all levels and across cultures, both internally and externally.

  • Knowledge of DBS methodologies preferred. Familiarity with Lean is essential.

  • Fluent in English. Fluency in other regional languages is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of CRM applications (Microsoft CRM preferred).
