Intuit Work From Home- QuickBooks Online Accountant Premium Support Representative in Mountain View, California

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented QuickBooks Online Accountant Premium Customer Care Representative to assist our clients, particularly accountants, with their software needs. This role combines aspects of customer service, technical support, and a basic understanding of financial operations. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual with experience or familiarity with bookkeeping principles who enjoys helping others and solving problems.

This is a SelectTime position. SelectTime Employees work a flexible schedule, generally at least 20 hours and up to 40 hours per week. For this specific role, the preferred schedule is 25 to 40 hours per week during QuickBooks Live standard business hours which are 6 am - 6 pm PST Monday through Friday.

Candidates are required to provide proof of an active Quickbooks Proadvisor Certification (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/accountants/training-certification/certification/) prior to their start date.

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and related products including Quickbooks Payments, Quickbooks Payroll, Proconnect, & Quickbooks Money.

  • An active Quickbooks Proadvisor Certification.

  • Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage pressure and multitask.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to quickly create and maintain positive relationships with clients.

  • Passion for helping people and providing the best customer experience possible.

  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes quickly.

  • Ability to leverage multiple resources and tools while effectively troubleshooting product support issues.

How you will lead

  • Provide superior technical support for Quickbooks Accountant users, with a focus on accountant clients.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues for clients via phone, chat, or remote access in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring.

  • Understand and be able to guide clients through the functionalities of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more.

  • Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, and your deep knowledge and expertise in the customer-facing role

  • Stay current with updates, new features, and functionalities of the software.

  • Work closely with the team to relay client feedback and suggest ways to improve the software based on client needs.
