Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Systems Analyst in Mountain View, California. This role is within the Cloud Technologies industry and requires a strong understanding of Sage and Salesforce Environments. As a Systems Analyst, you will be a vital part of our team, focusing on the integration of our systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage your knowledge of Cloud ERP to enhance system integrations
• Act as a vital business partner, providing critical system analysis and recommendations
• Facilitate the integration of SFDC/paylocity for improved workflow
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of system processes
• Utilize Salesforce Environments to manage and streamline business operations
• Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Maintain system documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate for reference and auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain competitive and efficient. Requirements • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in Cloud ERP systems is essential.
• Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce Environments.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and implement system improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to shared goals.
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management principles and software.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends.
