As a Senior Product Manager on the team, you’ll drive the product strategy and execution for one of our top priorities - making your vision into a reality. This role lives within the QuickBooks Expert team - the epitome of a mission driven team. We are seeking a best-of-the-best product manager who exemplifies being high-energy, customer-obsessed, highly-collaborative, and strategic to join our ranks.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

  • Passionate for solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones)

  • Demonstrated prior success in creating innovative products that delivered extraordinary outcomes

  • Track record of leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels

  • Deeply curious and data-driven. Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data and voice of customer

  • Excels in driving cross-functional teams

  • Undergraduate degree required with concentration in computer science or other technical disciplines preferred or equivalent relevant experience

How you will lead

  • Lead a top QuickBooks Live priority defining the product strategy to deliver delightful experiences

  • Translate product strategy into a product roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes

  • Weigh several critical initiatives against each other and prioritize based on customer impact and strategic relevance

  • Effectively partner across organizations to deliver cohesive product experiences and customer outcomes

  • Lead a cross-functional team with boundaryless leadership, knowing when and how to work with sales, marketing and customer service

  • Help teams through ambiguity by driving data-back decisions with leaders, adopting a learning mindset and consistently biasing yourself and your team toward action

  • Identify new opportunities based on deep customer insights, competitive research, and industry trends

  • Use their experience exceeding targets and objectives to do the same in this role

  • Share excellence in PM craft to mentor and develop early career product managers
