Insight Global Security Consultant-remote in Mountain View, California
Job Description
We are looking for a Security Consultant to work for a large scale company within the Telecom/Fiber world. This is a chance to join a growing team and help with overall security reviews. You will be helping with the full lifecycle of the security review from design to launch. We need candidates that understand the development world (java/Go) that can work along side engineers to help find root causes. You will be responsible for both offensive and defensive security methods (finding bugs, attacking systems, Addressing root causes). There will be a heavy focus within Application security/Cloud Security reviews. We need go getters that are willing to take on multiple projects and work cross functional with many teams.

Skills and Requirements
5+yrs within a Security Consultant/Security Engineering role
Heavy focused background with Application and Cloud Security-Sass is a major focus right now
Should have a good understanding/Ability to script (GO or Java) , there will be source code reviews needed (more focused with sass application focus for future projects)
Experience with security reviews, testing, vulnerability analysis, finding/fixing security issues. (Design to Launch)
Strong understanding of the protocol levels of applications (strong understanding of how it works and the technical breakdown of Apps)
Understanding of threat modeling and risk-based security assessments much more software focused work outside how it affects Hardware
having worked with Security teams doing ERP system movements null
