Intuit Executive Assistant Business Partner 2 in Mountain View, California

Overview

Intuit is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to provide administrative and business support to the Vice President of Externalization and the Externalization Team. The person in this role will need to be a skilled and dynamic problem-solver given complex calendaring and prioritizations across multiple initiatives. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong technical skills/familiarity with technology, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the Intuit/Tech ecosystem. This position is supporting new emerging business lines for Intuit. It requires engagement with external customers from start-ups to fortune 500 companies. What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 10 years working at the Executive Administrative Business Partner level, preferably supporting executive and C-Level senior staff members

  • Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity

  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Project management experience working across many teams in a complex organizational structure

  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Drive (Sheets, Documents, Slides), Outlook, Zoom and Slack

  • Ability to format executive level presentations

How you will lead

  • Handles details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures

  • Extensive calendar management and coordination, often solving what needs to get done without direction

  • Builds a strong rapport and relationship with senior EABPs of the CTO Leadership Team and other Intuit Executive Leadership Teams

  • Quickly learns background and context to enable independent thinking and decision making with limited data

  • Manage end to end coordination of the Externalization Team’s projects, off-sites, central repositories, working closely with other EABPs

  • Event planning to support large meetings, off-sites and team events and activities

  • Partners across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes

  • Successfully plans and executes on-boarding for new employees

  • Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where both analysis of data and judgment is required

  • Travel planning and coordination

  • Preparation and tracking of purchase orders and expenses

  • Work effectively as a team player, working well with peers and members of the greater organization
