Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Mount Vernon, Illinois
Description Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing firm located in Mt. Vernon IL who is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will perform full cycle Accounts Payable to include:
Receive invoices by email and enter into Accounting System
Perform 3 way match on Purchase Order invoices
Handle ACH and Wire Transfers
Accrual process for AP
Build outstanding relationships with vendors by resolving discrepancies
Qualifications include:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Sage 100 or other ERP system experience
Accustomed to processing high volume invoices
Basic use of Spreadsheets
