Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Creative Project Coordinator in Mounds View, Minnesota. This role is pivotal in managing a range of creative projects within our team, from inception to completion, and ensuring that deadlines, budgets and project expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
• Acting as the primary contact for a group of internal clients, guiding their projects, campaigns, and visions onto the creative team.
• Overseeing the development of design projects such as brochures, ads, presentations, web pages, emails, web banners, and social media.
• Ensuring quality is maintained and that corporate identity is reflected properly in all designs.
• Maintaining a smooth project workflow through graphic & digital design, proofreading, and art direction.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their products and business objectives.
• Providing complete project requirements and communicating job tasks clearly to both internal and external resources.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines and adhere to budget commitments.
• Providing work estimates, determining schedules, and providing direction to resources for job completion.
• Being an active and supportive team member, attending team meetings and supporting the needs of the entire team.
• Managing time effectively, being responsible for the overall profitability of the team.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and maintaining Client Relations
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Planning, Coordination, and Project Management
• Experience in Budget Processes and Payroll Functions
• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration processes
• Proven Design and Graphic Design skills
• Knowledge and experience in the use of digital tools and Social Media platforms
• Ability to create and manage Websites
• Experience in preparing and delivering Presentations
• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software
• Ability to act as a Liaison between different stakeholders
• Demonstrated skills in Quality assurance and Proofreading
• Ability to create Brochures and other media materials
• Excellent Time Management and Prioritization skills
