Understanding of truck mechanics and parts to help customers choose the correct parts
Must have the aptitude to handle phone calls, computer skills, and customer service
Assisting customers in person and on the phone in a timely and professional manner with their parts needs.
When not working with customers, you will be pulling orders, putting freight away, stocking shelves, and general cleaning of the inside of the store.
Processing credit card payments and refunds to customers, along with handling billing inquiries
Maintaining inventory levels by placing orders for new merchandise.
Using good judgement to maintain a safe and organized work environment
