Crouse Community Center located in Morrisville, N.Y. is seeking a Cook and a Prep Cook to work in their facility. The Cook salary is $19.00 per hour. The Prep Cook salary is $17.00 per hour.
Job Duties: Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety. Cook meals according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served. Rotate and store food supplies. Apportion and serve food to facility residents. Clean and inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent preferred, but not required. Must possess knowledge of safe food handling procedures. Drug test, background check and a physical required.
