Description and Requirements

The lenovo.com Affinity Program currently represents >9% of the lenovo.com business and is a strategic growth area for the organization. As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing an established book of accounts from our member purchase programs (MPP) and our corporate employee purchase programs (CEPP). You will be responsible for working closely with the accounts to develop a marketing plan driving both visits and revenue through the affinity program. The success of this role will be measured on driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be engaged with several extended teams to drive the best customer experience and must be able to work proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment to meet aggressive targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong partner relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service and regular account reviews

  • Lead efforts in driving new partner acquisition to expand the Lenovo.com Affinity Program, identifying and onboarding strategic partners to enhance program growth

  • Develop quarterly marketing & media plans to maximize program success

  • Provide promotional information, sweepstakes updates, program offerings material, etc.

  • Measure and track account level financial performance on accounts

  • Leverage data to assess efficiency of marketing efforts to drive program improvements

  • Provide support to relationship sellers seeking a CEPP store

  • Partner with the relationship team to drive awareness of the CEPP program

  • Manage training and SPIFFs for the relationship sellers, encouraging CEPP growth

Position Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 8+ years of professional experience

  • experience in partnership management, direct marketing, or sales management

Preferred:

  • Experience using complex data to problem solve, understand complex information, and apply logic

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies

  • Experience negotiating partner contracts & onboarding new accounts is a plus

  • Ability to communicate Lenovo’s strategy clearly and professionally to partners to support marketing initiatives

  • Strong self-initiative with the ability to identify areas of improvement with little direction

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

  • Must possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment

  • Fine attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate end-results

  • Ability to analyze metrics and make decisions based on results

  • Strong skills in PowerPoint & Excel

This position is a hybrid role based out of our Morrisville, NC office. Employees are required to be on-site 3 days/ week.
