Essential Functions:
The PCT will perform clinical as well as administrative tasks including managing phones
Knowledge of physician practice workflows, appointment scheduling and triaging patient symptoms to assist with prioritizing urgent appointments.
Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Certifications:
Working knowledge with EPIC desired
Computer literacy is essential
