Job Description:
We are on the hunt for a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our maintenance group. In this position, your chief responsibility is to preserve the condition and functionality of our business premises. Your duties will include scheduling repairs and developing preventative maintenance procedures.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues
Repairing faulty equipment
Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
Run routine maintenance inspections
Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
Support maintenance and installment work as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced mechanical, plumbing and electrical skills
Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Great leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
