Software Engineering Senior Managers (Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc., Morris Plains, NJ) - Understand customer expectations and prioritize Production Support Organization (PSO) work as needed. Manage major incidents assigned and handle Production incidents and alerts. Maintain system reliability metrics and guide team with respect to system reliability and scalability. Coordinate between Account teams, Product teams, and Client Engagement team to manage PSO priorities. Manage escalations as needed and intervene to mitigate or resolve incidents and issues as they arise. Work with subject matter experts and key business stakeholders to drive support tickets to closure. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate or eliminate support tickets. Part-time telecommuting permitted.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus five years of experience in technology project management, software production support, or software product development. Must have experience with: Project planning, execution, resource management, budget, and vendor management; Core Java, J2EE, SpringBoot, Microservices, PCF, Openshift, AWS, Oracle, DB2, and MongoDB; Splunk, Confluence, JIRA, New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana; Windows, UNIX, and Linux; Agile methodologies.
